Evidence-based therapy focused on real-world change.
We can help.
Our services are designed to support people dealing with complex symptoms and clinicians who want practical help delivering evidence-based care. Everything we do is grounded in structure, accountability, and respect for the person.
What to expect
Working with us starts with a consultation to assess fit. If we move forward, treatment begins with a clear plan and shared goals.
You can expect therapy to involve learning skills, practicing them between sessions, reviewing progress honestly, and adjusting the approach when needed. We take risk seriously, plan for it carefully, and respond consistently when things get hard.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based type of therapy that helps people feel better by changing patterns of thinking and behavior that keep problems going. CBT is widely used to treat depression, anxiety, and many other mental health concerns, and it focuses on practical skills you can use in daily life.
CBT is also an umbrella term that includes several specialized approaches. Depending on your goals, treatment may draw from methods such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Behavioral Activation, among others. Your therapist will tailor the approach to your needs, using strategies that have strong research support.
