We’re passionate about helping you grow and make an impact.
This practice grew out of a pattern I kept seeing time and again.
Clients would say they understood their symptoms but were still stuck in rituals, food rules, or feeling like their emotions were in charge. Clinicians would say they wanted to help more but did not feel trained or supported in delivering structured, evidence-based care.
I built Intention Psychology around two commitments: treatment that teaches skills, and training that helps clinicians deliver those skills well.
Our work is a partnership. Clients bring lived experience and goals. We bring structure, methods, and steady coaching. Together, we make a plan, practice it, and revise it until it fits real life.

Our Values
Clear-eyed honesty
We name what we see and what is not working. We do it with respect, not harshness
Respect for the person
A diagnosis can describe patterns. It does not define character, worth, or potential.
True Collaboration
Clients and clinicians are partners. We invite questions, disagreement, and curiosity.
Safety and Steadiness
We take risk seriously, plan for it, and respond consistently when things get hard.
Our Commitment
We always start with a clear assessment and shared goals. We explain the plan in plain language, teach skills you can practice, and adjust based on feedback and outcomes.
We never promise guaranteed results or fixed timelines. We do not rely on vague support without a plan for behavior change. We do not shame setbacks or dismiss other supports you may need.
